Oceania Pro Wrestling can confirm that international wrestling sensation and reigning CWE Heavyweight Champion Parker Boudreaux will make his Australian debut with OPW.
Standing 6'4" and tipping the scales at 285 pounds, Boudreaux is one of the most physically imposing athletes in professional wrestling today. Before entering the ring, he was a standout NCAA Division I offensive lineman, first at Notre Dame, then with the UCF Knights, where he never surrendered a single sack and helped the Knights break their single-season rushing record.
Boudreaux's transition to professional wrestling drew immediate attention when legendary manager Paul Heyman personally endorsed him and publicly compared him to Brock Lesnar. Heyman took Boudreaux under his wing and continues to mentor him to this day. From there, Boudreaux went on to compete on the biggest stages in US professional wrestling before taking his brand of destruction global.
He has since become a regular fixture in Japan's GLEAT promotion, where company president Hiroyuki Suzuki publicly praised him as the "greatest fighter in the world." He competed at AAA's TripleMania XXXII in Mexico, and most recently travelled to India where he won the 12-Man Royal Rumble and captured the CWE Heavyweight Championship at Maithan Mania, all on the same night.
At just 27 years old, the man now known as "The New Monster" has collected championship gold on two continents and is widely regarded as one of the most dangerous athletes in the sport.
Now, for the first time ever, Australian fans will witness that raw power firsthand.
Full event details will be announced imminently. Stay locked to opw.com.au and OPW's social media channels.
