SoCal Val signs on for Ballarat
Starrcast Downunder is thrilled to welcome the multi-talented Valerie Wyndham as one of our hosts for the epic 4-day wrestling fan festival event in Ballarat, Australia from April 11th - 14th 2023.
Valerie, known to wrestling fans worldwide as "SoCalVal," has been a staple in the industry for over two decades. She first made her mark working with TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Wrestling in the 2000s in various on-air roles including backstage interviewer, ring announcer, and manager to top stars such as Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt. Her striking looks, quick wit, and infectious energy made her a fan favorite during TNA's national expansion.
More recently, Val has been based out of the UK as one of the familiar faces of Progress Wrestling. As an interviewer and personality for one of Europe's hottest indie promotions, she has continued to win over new fans with her glamorous style and fun-loving persona.
Now Val is bringing her unique flair to Australia as she joins wrestling podcast impresario Conrad Thompson as co-host of Starrcast Downunder. She'll be involved in live interviews, stage presentations, fan meet-and-greets, and more, giving Australian fans a chance to interact with her larger-than-life personality up close and personal.
