OPW ANNOUNCES NEW WRESTLEWAVE 2 MAIN EVENT
Securing the Main Event contest for OPW WrestleWave 2 has been a turbulent affair, as a dispute between OPW Management and JEsse Love has lead to an attempt to strip Love of the title he won at the inaugural WrestleWave event back in January. Alas, Jesse Love's legal representative Lyndon Albiston from Lander & Rogers have prevented this from occurring, but that hasn't stopped OPW from ensuring that those in Torquay are afforded a Main Event worthy match-up with the company's top prize on the line.
Torquay’s own Jake Taylor will return after a successful OPW debut at the Wurdi Baierr Stadium in January, with a spectacular opportunity to become the Interim OPW Champion in front of his hometown faithful.
Challenging the champion will be “The Metal Outlaw” Kayno, who will be making his return to Oceania Pro Wrestling.
Both men will be gunning for the opportunity to hold the Interim OPW Championship, with a shot at the real top prize likely in their future.
